Cardinal Concrete has joined Sea to Sky Community Services in its efforts to build Centrepoint by making a $50,000 donation to the project.

“We believe Centrepoint creates a strong foundation for the community. We’re happy to be involved in a project that will help so many people, for such a long time,” said Bob Fast, founder and owner of Cardinal Concrete.

Executive director of the Sea to Sky Community Services, Lois Wynne, said the donation would enable ‘us to help others’.

“2014 is a big year for the campaign; this support strengthens our confidence we’ll have a successful year. This great show of generosity is what we’ve come to expect from a company and a man, Bob Fast, who have been strong community supporters for decades,” said Owen Carney, co-chair of the volunteer fundraising team.
