The phase one of Crumpit Woods is 75 per cent sold, according to a media release issued by the proponents.
The development team was cautiously optimistic about the project when they hosted a soft launch in June for prospective buyers who were on the Crumpit Woods pre-registration list.
“This project has been on the books for many years,” said David Rittberg, Land Development Manager for Diamond Head Developments.
“We have been pleasantly surprised by the quick sales and positive response we’ve received from prospective buyers.”
Lisa Bjornson, Managing Broker for Black Tusk Realty, said interest in the project is still growing.
“The new neighbourhood of Crumpit Woods is the first offering of full size single family lots in the past 5 years with interest from both personal homebuyers and local builders,” Bjornson said.
Michael Hutchison, President of Bethelcorp, and a principal in Crumpit Woods Developments, said he was very pleased with the favourable launch of Crumpit Woods.
“We hope this momentum will continue and Squamish can move closer to reaching its full potential as a vibrant live, work, and play community.”
