Coastal Ford Grand Opening on May 28

Coastal Ford in Squamish is celebrating the grand opening of their new  facility at 1120 Commercial Place on Thursday, May 28, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

“We’re really looking forward to celebrating our innovative facility with our community partners and friends,” said Donald Carson, President, Coastal Ford. “We are very excited about the many valuable services we will continue to offer our customers in our new dealership.”

 Squamish Mayor Patricia Heintzman and Squamish Nation Councillor Joshua Joseph are among the notable attendees slated to participate in the grand opening ceremony. Tim Quesnel, Regional Sales Manager, Ford Motor Company of Canada, Ltd. will also be taking part in the event.

Squamish Master Carver Chief Ray Natraoro will lead a Blessing Ceremony of a “Welcome Figure” Pole to welcome Coastal Ford to the community.

“This is a very exciting time for Coastal Ford and is a testament of their sustained presence and commitment to Squamish,” said Tim Quesnel. “Much of their success, like many organizations, can be attributed to their loyal base of customers but Coastal Ford continues to thrive because of their dedicated employees and their commitment to provide exceptional customer service.”

The new 14,000 square foot facility features state of the art equipment and Quick Lane no appointment service bays and Coastal Ford will be hire 5 to 10 new full time employees over the next year, the company said.
