Tourism Whistler has launched a new mobile live chat service to help visitors seeking information.

Ask Whistler connects guests to a live, local agent to answer questions immediately. It will provide insider tips on things to do in Whistler and help tourists find their way around town.

“Think of it as your own personal concierge at your fingertips,” said Tourism Whistler.

Live agents will be available seven days a week from 8 am to 9 pm.

Ask Whistler can be found on Facebook Messenger @GoWhistler, SMS 1-604-265-9600 or on WhatsApp 1-604-265-9600 from 8 am to 9 pm daily.

Signage throughout Whistler Village will enable guests to start chatting with an agent by scanning a QR code with their phone’s camera.

Guests can also use the free WiFi locations throughout Whistler Village to connect to Ask Whistler.

RMOW and Tourism Whistler partnered to install free WiFi in key locations including Mountain and Village Squares, Gateway Bus Loop, Village Common, Town Plaza, Whistler Olympic Plaza and the Whistler Conference Centre.
