If you are self-isolating and looking to do something at home, here is a creative way to pass the time.

Tourism Squamish is introducing a #SketchSquamish art competition. Locals and tourists are invited to create a piece of art inspired by an image of the suspension bridge.

The finalist will win four tickets to the Sea to Sky Gondola when life returns to normal.

To Enter:
1. Follow Tourism Squamish on Instagram or Facebook
2. Create an art piece inspired by the photo of the gondola’s suspension bridge above
3. Share your art on social media with the hashtag #SketchSquamish or email it to info@tourismsquamish.com

The competition is open to kids, parents and people of all abilities, and the winner will be picked randomly. The contest closes on Thursday, April 9.

The Sketch Squamish is part of a new “Draw Now, Explore Squamish Later” campaign that will feature local Squamish inspirations that will encourage people to explore the town’s stunning beauty—from a distance.

“We can’t wait to welcome you back to Squamish, but in the meantime stay safe at home, make sensible choices, and respect social distancing,” said Tourism Squamish.
