Feel the electric vibe of love and heal

When I was young, my father told me that my watch had crystals in it, and to me, it felt like discovering a hidden mysterious treasure. Later in life I learned that all sorts of electronics had these crystals, from Apple IIe back then to the newest smartphone now. The quartz crystals are used to amplify electricity within circuitry.

This memory was what made use of crystals in healing suddenly make sense to me. They interact with the electrical field of the human body in a similar way to watches and computers. My profession at the time as a Neurofeedback Technician had me measuring the electrical activity in the brain as well as mapping points on the scalp of natural amplification.

The point of strongest amplitude? Amazingly, but not surprisingly, is right at our crown chakra. I followed this thread, of exploring measurable electricity throughout various traditional healing modalities and found a continuously flowing tapestry.

Those who see auras are witnessing these subtle energy fields around people, plants, and even objects. Channeling energy for hands-on bodywork requires an ability to fine-tune personal frequencies much like dialling in a crisp radio station. Muscle testing invites utilizing the language of our bodies for reading the electrical signatures of potential remedies, differences in belief statements, or discovering which foods we respond best to.

When readers feel an impulse to choose from their tarot deck or practitioners of vitality cultivating practices such as Qigong move through their poses, they are feeling and responding to very tangible electrical information.

Many of us feel restored in mood and physical well-being after spending time near moving water. Science has shown the beneficial affect the negatively charged ions in these places have on our bodies. When we embark on grounding exercises via meditation or through physical contact with the Earth, we are essentially providing our system with a “grounding wire” to discharge excess energy and prevent building up to a frenetic overload.

The Earth itself, albeit with some fluctuation, tends to vibrate at a frequency of 7.83 Hz, a frequency that bridges between our Theta and Alpha brainwaves supporting states of feeling calm relaxation. It’s meditative, and helps us feel more connected to the world and people around us.

Sometimes when we find these logic-based, linear proofs to intangible spiritual practices, it can shift our perspective from judging them as inexplicable or overly “woo-woo” into something quite appealing.

It can be very easy experience too.

It can be as easy as lying on the earth and allowing our thoughts to settle, or holding a glass of water and sending kindness through our hands to then drink its intentional charge.

At dusk, let your gaze soften while looking just above the treeline or hold out your hand to indirectly see its edges through your periphery – you might notice a gentle glow of an energy field.

Feel out the vibe of a loved one, is their energy low despite a cheery demeanour? You might choose to radiate calm or uplifting energy. What else might this tapestry reveal?
