Whistler RCMP seek suspects in alleged theft from vehicles

Whistler RCMP are seeking the public’s help in finding two individuals police believe committed theft from vehicles.

On November 22 and 23, Whistler RCMP were notified of two thefts from vehicles in the 4300 block of Lorimer Road.

In both cases, suspects were able to get into a secured area of an underground parking facility and break into two vehicles.

The first vehicle had its window broken and small personal items were taken. The second vehicle had been left unlocked and several items were stolen.

Whistler RCMP have identified two men who entered the underground area between 01:35 am to 02:50 am on November 22.

Suspect one is 5’11 wearing a black jacket, grey pants, black backpack and black and white Nike shoes.

The second suspect is 5’5 and is wearing a grey hoodie, black baseball hat, black backpack and dark blue jeans.

Both men were noted leaving the area on bicycles.

“If you witness suspicious behaviour in the community, especially in the early morning hours, please contact the police We will be happy to investigate,” Whistler RCMP said.
