Construction of the Dentville Park could begin soon, according to a planning report by the district.

In 2017, the district started a public engagement process, asking locals on the type of features the they would like to see and possible locations.
As many as 50 per cent of those who responded said they preferred a multi-play structure, while 36 per cent said they prefer swings, with 33 per cent opting for natural equipment.
Mountain bike skills area, a seating and gathering area, a picnic area, and a community garden were some other preferences.
According to a 2017 staff memo to council, the majority of the Dentville Park budget will be required for site preparation, while the balance will go for playground infrastructure.
Area near the Ecole les aiglons, and areas near the youth centre and the skate park are some potential locations of the park.
Areas north of the youth centre are other possible locations.
