Sea to Sky Gondola is hiring

Staff report
April 12, 2021 12:14pm

The Sea to Sky Gondola is hiring for different positions as it ramps up to open later in the spring.

“If you love Squamish and would like to be a part of a team that’s foundation is built upon its strength, determination, and resilience, come and join us,” the company says.

Hiring is being done for full-time, part-time, year-round, seasonal and volunteer roles.

Applications for different positions are now open.

Among the jobs available are: line cook, logistic coordinator, hosts and lift hosts, servers, dishwashers and retail sales employees.

Perks of working at the gondola include a gondola pass, daily discounts for friends and family, and discounts on food and retails.

The jobs promise competitive wages, fun staff events, employer-paid extended health and medical benefits including spouse and dependents, as well as opportunities for subsidized housing in newly built townhomes and condos at below market rates.

Training starts next months for a late spring reopening.

“If you love people and are passionate about customer service and providing an exceptional guest experience each and every time, you’ll love being here,” the company says.
