If you haven’t booked tickets yet for the annual Squamish Days Loggers Sports Festival, there is still time to do so.

The 64th Squamish Days Loggers Sports Festival will be held at Al Mcintosh grounds on September 18.

Tickets can be booked at squamishdays.tickit.ca

The show will have 50 per cent capacity due to COVID-19 regulations, and it will be a condensed show with all activities planned for one day, September 18.

“We have sold quite a few tickets and we are almost sold out of beef buns,” said Jacqulin McNicol.

McNicol said the return of the much-loved show was even more exciting considering that it was returning after a one-year hiatus.

“We never stop being excited, but there is more excitement this year. We missed seeing people, so yes, it is extra special this year. We are stoked to have people here,” she said.

McNicol said the community had been very supportive of the long-standing sports show.

“Everyone is stepping up and saying we love this event. The outreach has been very emotional to see,” she said.

Organisers are looking for timers. Those who want to volunteer can email the organisers at celebrate@squamishdays.ca.

Those who want to volunteer next year should also get in touch with organisers now as they start putting a plan for next year.
