Notice about low-level flying over Squamish

The District of Squamish has received notification about low-level flying in Squamish.

Talon Helicopters will be performing low-level flying over the region for LiDAR surveys from October 11 to 31.

Work will take place during daylight hours as per special authorization issued by Transport Canada.

There will be approximately one to three days of work with flights estimated to be approximately four hours long.

There will be no activity on the ground related to this flight.
