Sea to Sky Gondola offers free tubing all weekend long

Staff report
February 19, 2022 5:09pm

The Sea to Sky Gondola is offering free tubing this family day weekend. For every free tubing ticket, the Sea to Sky Gondola will donate $5 to Squamish Search and Rescue.

“Explore the snow-covered wonderland at our summit. Snowshoe pristine trails, slide down the old-fashioned tube park, walk across the thrilling suspension bridge, take in the sweeping views and warm up afterward with local cuisine in the Summit Lodge,” says the gondola.

The complimentary Tube Park Tickets are available from the Summit Gift Shop. The tube park offers sliding fun for all ages, and the tube park viewing platform is a great place to watch all the action if you are not tubing.

However, no other toboggans or sliding devices are permitted in the tube park or at the summit of the Sea to Sky Gondola.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, must be taller than 105 cm (42 inches) and must be able to hold onto both handles on the tube. Good footwear is essential, and waterproof clothing is recommended. Helmets are not required, but recommended.
