Two stabbed in Whistler Village

Whistler RCMP are investigating after two people were stabbed in the Village.

On Sunday, March 20 at approximately 4:20 am, Whistler RCMP was requested to assist BC Ambulance Service in the Marketplace parking lot on Lorimer Road for an assault where two men had been injured. Whistler RCMP arrived on scene and found two men who had been stabbed.

They were given first aid and then transported to hospital.

Squamish RCMP were able to identify two individuals who were believed to have been involved and they were arrested and later released pending further investigation. Whistler RCMP and the Sea to Sky General Investigations Section continue to investigate and are asking anyone with information to contact the Whistler RCMP at 604-932-3044.
