Staff report
April 4, 2022 11:55am

District crews will be doing maintenance work on the Cleveland Avenue traffic island this week. Lane closures will be in effect from Tuesday, April 5, between 6 am and 3 pm.

The traffic pattern will change on Cleveland Avenue, though left-hand turns will continue to be available.

Some delays can also be expected as the District starts work on two trail projects in town. New road and trail lighting will be installed on Loggers Lane and the Corridor Trail between Finch Drive and the Adventure Centre.

The project starts on April 4 and there will be intermittent construction between April and May. Please expect minor road and trail delays. Another District project that may lead to delays is the Corridor Trail project.

New trail lighting will be installed on the Corridor Trail from Mamquam Road, south to Highway 99 and Mamquam Bridge. There will be intermittent construction between April and May, and locals can expect some trail delays.
