The West Coast Railway Association is inviting the community to the first Sea to Sky Model Train and Hobby show this weekend at the Railway Museum of BC.
This is a full weekend train show event for model railroaders and hobbyists in the Museum. On October 15, the show will be from 10 am to 5 pm. On Sunday, October 16, the show will be from 10 am to 4 pm. There will be exhibitors, operating models, and vendor tables and trains of different sizes, including the Royal Hudson #2860 that is currently in the museum.
There will be hobby vendors selling new and used model trains and railway accessories, diecast model vehicles, plastic model kits and other hobby items, tools and supplies. The ride-on Mini-Rail train will be operating, and the 20-minute ride is only $3. It will cover two km of track around the museum grounds. Train Show Tickets are currently available online as well as at the Gate during the show.
There will be food and refreshments available. This is two days of adventure that is sure to create happy family memories for many years to come.
