A travel advisory is in effect for Sea to Sky Highway. DriveBC has a issued an advisory for those planning to travel between Exit 3 in West Vancouver and Pemberton.
With heavy snowfall, travelers should expect rapidly deteriorating conditions, consider changing travel plans, be prepared for closures on short notice.
Travel is not recommended unless absolutely necessary.
Meanwhile, the highway is closed south of Function Junction due to vehicle incident, and there are reports of accidents on the highway at Britannia Beach and Porteau Cove.
