Beer and music festival in North Van next week

April 9, 2023 12:53pm

A popular beer and music festival will return to Shipyards in North Vancouver on Friday, April 14, from 5 pm to 10 pm.

This year marks the 2nd anniversary of the Brewhalla North Vancouver, a popular annual event which will welcome 29 local BC craft breweries, cideries, wineries, and distilleries, includes live music, food trucks, games, attractions, and more. Brewhalla North Vancouver will include a dress up theme of “Sports Day” with prizes for best solo and group costumes, and guests will be invited to test their skill at the “Brewhalla-Ball Challenge,” a popular trending TikTok viral challenge.

The event will also include other surprise skill challenges that attendees will be able to participate in, for prizes.

Craft beverage fans can enjoy unique samplings with offerings from 29 craft beverage makers, including eight north shore breweries, cideries, and distilleries.  The multi-genre music lineup guarantees attendees will be tapping their toes and includes diverse performances by Vince Vaccaro, NADUH, DJ Paisley Eva, DJ A-SLAM, Best Night Ever, The Dial Tones, and Wasakaka All-Stars.

“We can’t wait to bring Brewhalla back to this picturesque location” says Red Door Events spokesperson Lies Reimer. “The Shipyards Brewery District has created an amazing craft culture here, please come and join us as we sample amazing beverages from the North Shore and beyond!”

Festival tickets can be purchased online and remaining tickets are limited. The $45 ticket includes admission to the festival, a 4oz commemorative tasting glass, 3 tasting tokens, live music and access to 29 different local craft beverage makers
