The festival takes place on June 16,17, and 18 at the loggers grounds in Squamish.

“It’s North America’s first vegan campout and Planet Earth’s first zero-waste and vegan music and wellness festival! We are all so very excited to bring the community together for a whole weekend, making meaningful connections while sharing resources and tools to heal both our inner and outer worlds,” says organiser, Tosha Lobsinger.

Besides gardening and vegan cooking workshops, there will plenty of other activities like yoga, handstand and aerial silks lessons, sound healing and even drop-in therapy sessions.  The festival is also excited to welcome incredibly talented musicians, DJ Drez & Marti Nikko, as headliners – as well as hosts of morning yoga with live DJ and mantra classes. There will be two stages that are both full all weekend long with live music, wellness activities and educational workshops and talks. Music lineup also includes the talented Zaire Black, Ginalina, Andrew Maranta, Chakaruna, Dub Beets and Alie. There will be ecstatic dances and yoga session guided by Marti Nikko and live music by DJ Drez.

There will be plenty of delicios vegan fare at the festival.

There is plenty on offer for food and drinks. There will be vegan hot dogs from Good Dogs food truck with fun toppings like wasabi peas, aioli and umami kimchi, queso, chili cheez, fried jalapenos, vegan bakon and gooey mac and cheez. Edible Flours bakery will have delicious vegan cupcakes, cookies, cinnamon buns and other baked goods for everyone, and Roasted Revolution will be serving up corn on the cob with fun toppings, while Lita’s Mexican serves vegan taquitos with beans, cheeze, potatos and plant-based chorizo.
