BC Wildfire Service is reporting a new wildfire near Squamish. The fire is less than one hectare in size and was reported on 6:15 pm at Aug 20. It is burning at 35 kms Squamish Valley FSR.
It is listed as a wildfire that is under control, that is a wildfire that will not spread any further due to suppression efforts. The wildfire is under investigation.
