North Pole Express in Squamish: A thrilling adventure awaits !

The holiday season is a time for magic and wonder, and what better way to celebrate than by embarking on a thrilling adventure aboard the North Pole Express in Squamish?

Tickets are now for sale for the North Pole Express and they include free parking and reserved seats. Hope on board and meet Santa on November 25 and 26 and December 2,3,9, 10 and 16 and 17 at the Railway Museum of British Columbia. The annual North Pole Express is a fun Christmas event that takes families on an entertaining train ride from the Candyland Station at the local Railway Museum to the North Pole !

Kids of all ages will enjoy the entertainment as they take the train to The North Pole to deliver the much needed wrapping paper and bows to Marshall Mellow, a Polar bear that is the head of Santa’s workshop. Along the way, families will meet all sorts of characters, enjoy cookies, hot chocolate and many activities for the kids before finding their way to Mr. and Mrs. Claus for a family photoshoot to preserve your memories of this exciting day.

The local Railway Museum’s North Pole Express train will be led by a 1950’s vintage FP9A passenger locomotives. The train will include several restored CN coaches, and will feature the historic Canadian Pacific ‘Alberta’ Business Car with open observation platform at the end of the train.

As anyone who has ever enjoyed the experience will tell you, the North Pole Express is more than just a train ride; it’s an immersive experience that captivates people of all ages. Children and adults alike revel in the splendid setting, the delicious cookies, the chorus of Christmas carols and holiday songs, and a the general festive atmosphere that makes this a must-do activity with the entire family.
