Britannia Beach Townhomes and Historic Retail Village, a community of 73 modern townhomes developed jointly by Adera Development and Macdonald Communities, is excited to reveal the new anchor tenants leading the way toward the completion of a bustling and vibrant artisanal historic retail village of Britannia Beach.

Seamlessly blending historic architecture, the anchor tenants feature a grocery and liquor store operated by The Boat Shed Group and their partners, located in Building 1, known as the Dining Hall & Bunkhouse.

Additionally, the community will welcome the Copper Beach Bar + Kitchen in Building 2, the Dry, managed by the hospitality division of IRL Group. Furthermore, Building 7, referred to as the Honeymoon Cottage, will host an on-site daycare, ensuring a safe and convenient space for youngsters in the area. More tenancies will be announced shortly.

These restored heritage structures have been thoughtfully upgraded and retrofitted, blending their historical elegance with the demands of modern commercial use. The introduction of these new commercial tenants is set to enrich the Britannia Beach Townhomes, creating a lively village atmosphere not only for residents but also enhancing the broader community.

Britannia Beach offers a unique blend of urban convenience and natural serenity. Developed by Adera Development Corporation and Macdonald Communities, this striking community is just 12 minutes from Squamish, set against Howe Sound and the Coastal Mountains. It perfectly balances safety, tranquillity, and cultural heritage, capturing the spirit of a modern mountain village.

Good luck paying what I can only imagine is an exorbitant lease rate in such a niche location!
