Effective from 3 a.m. to 11 a.m., the closure will enable CN Rail crews to remove decommissioned tracks near Buckley Avenue safely.

WL

Drivers are advised to expect delays and plan for alternate routes. Single-lane alternating traffic will allow access on Hunter Place between Cleveland Avenue and Loggers Lane. Southbound drivers accessing Downtown will be detoured via Loggers Lane, while northbound traffic leaving Downtown Squamish will turn left onto Hunter Place.

An alternate route via Industrial Way and Buckley Avenue is recommended for those attending school to avoid the Cleveland Avenue closure. Traffic controllers and signage will be in place to help direct drivers.
