Squamish’s Lavendel Farm to hosts first-ever Winter Wonderland event

Lavendel Farm, located at 40820 Government Road, is set to bring festive cheer to the community with its inaugural Winter Wonderland: Tractors, Tunes, & Twinkles on December 14. The event promises a family-friendly evening filled with holiday activities and seasonal traditions.

Guests can look forward to meeting adorable farm animals, taking scenic tractor rides, and enjoying live music to embrace the holiday spirit. Complimentary hot chocolate will be served, and a cozy fire pit will offer the perfect spot for s’mores and storytelling. The evening will culminate in a magical tree-lighting ceremony.

The event runs from 4 pm to  8 pm, and adult tickets are priced at $15. Children under three can attend for free. Spots are limited, and tickets are expected to sell quickly. Meanwhile, the popular North Pole Express! Tickets are also on sale. Take a magical journey at the Railway Museum of BC, where a vintage train ride transports you to the North Pole. Enjoy the festive decorations and music, and perhaps even catch a glimpse of Santa Claus himself. It’s a ride that promises joy and wonder for both the young and the young at heart. Weekends only, November 23rd – 24th, November 30th – December 1st, December 7-8th, 14-15th & 21st

You can also capture holiday magic with Photos with Santa at the Britannia Mine Museum, where magic and mining collide! Capture that unique holiday photo with Santa in a mining cart, surrounded by the bustling energy of his elf miners! Join Santa and his elves in the festive setting of Britannia Mine’s machine shop, where the holiday spirit comes alive. This event happens on December 14 and 15.
