Mountainfilm on Tour makes its highly anticipated return to Squamish on Saturday, February 15, 2025. Hosted at the Eagle Eye Theatre, the event, hosted by local company Venture Web, promises an engaging celebration of storytelling, adventure, and community spirit.
Presented by VentureWeb, Mountainfilm on Tour will feature two screenings: a 3 p.m. matinee and a 7 p.m. evening show. Both events will highlight a curated selection of short films showcasing tales of high adventure, environmental issues, and social justice themes. Local filmmakers and athletes from the Sea to Sky Corridor will also be in the spotlight.
Festival goers are invited to partake in delicious food and drinks. There will be a silent auction and door prizes, with funds raised going to support Squamish Search and Rescue team.
This year, the ticket price has been reduced to $30 for the matinee show and $40 for the evening show. Seats are limited, so people are encouraged to get their tickets early to avoid disappointment. Tickets can be purchased online at Canada Helps.
