BC Parks is asking all visitors to evacuate the Alice Lake area immediately and remain out of the wildfire zone until further notice, citing public safety concerns.
“People are encouraged to stay informed through official sources such as the BC Wildfire Service (BCWS), the local regional district, and DriveBC,” BC Parks said in a brief notice. ” You can still visit other BC Parks that remain unaffected by wildfire. Find other places to visit on the find a park page.”
