A new six-storey rental building, The Artemis at Finch Drive, has officially launched in Squamish, offering a mix of below-market and market rental homes, according to a news release by the developer, Diamond Head Development. The 44-unit development is located at 39180 Finch Place, close to Brennan Park.

In partnership with the Squamish Community Housing Society (SCHS), the Artemis includes 34 below-market rental homes reserved for eligible residents, along with 10 market rental units open to the public. Monthly rents range from $1,039 to $2,979 for  one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes.

According to the developer, residents will have access to in-suite balconies, laundry and storage, dishwashers, microwaves, bike storage, visitor parking, and one parking stall per unit. The building also features indoor and outdoor amenity spaces and one fully accessible one-bedroom unit.

Applications opened on October 14, 2025, with move-ins expected to begin on November 15.

“This development reflects our commitment to sustainable, community-focused housing in Squamish,” the press release said. “We’re excited to welcome residents to The Artemis and provide a mix of rental options for the community.”
