Luz Tacos, a popular Squamish food truck, will serve its final tacos on Saturday, January 31st.
In an announcement shared on social media, owner Héctor Aragon said the closure follows the shutdown of their kitchen, which made it impossible to continue their operations.
“What started as a humble food truck grew into something far greater than we ever imagined,” Aragon said in the post, reflecting on their journey of serving thousands of meals to the Squamish community.
As the business prepares to close, the team invites customers to stop by one last time. However, they are operating on a reduced menu, with items available only while supplies last.
“Luz Tacos exists because of you—and that will always mean everything to us,” Aragon said, thanking customers for years of support and trust.
The popular taco spot has been operating in Squamish since 2023.
