Ever wondered what it may be like to live in the Big Apple?  After seeing this show, you won’t.

As their popularity grows, Heather Feeney and Scott Knight are back to entertain us at the Brackendale Art Gallery (BAG) with a whimsical story unfolds as they take us on a musical stroll through New York city. Heather Feeney and Scott Knight

More than 20 songs by multiple composers are linked together creating a comical story and once again the rafters are sure to be bursting with music and laugher.  Heather belts out the notes, while Scott tickles the ivories.

Heather Feeney grew up in Calgary, Alberta and was first bitten by the ‘theatre bug’ at the age of 12, when she was awarded the role of Annie in Canada’s first production of the Broadway hit.  Moving to British Columbia, she attended UBC and obtained her BA in Psychology.

Following her theatrical dreams, she relocated to New York to study and fulfill her passion for acting.  Making her way back to British Columbia in 1999, she now resides with her family in Squamish and actively works on a career in theatre, film and TV.

Scott Knight has been a pianist for more than 35 years. He studied music in British Columbia at Capilano University, U.B.C. and The University of Victoria.  Included in his vast repertoire of studies is the N.U.O.V.A School for Advanced Studies in Opera and Tapestry New Opera in Toronto, Ontario.

More impressively, Scott has toured extensively with the Canadian Tenors and Romanza. Some of his favorite performances include Marriage of Figaro, La Boheme, Carmen, Into the Woods, West Side Story, Fiddler on the Roof, Anything Goes, Assassins and On the Town.

Scott was honored to receive a Jessie Award Nomination for Best Musical Direction for his tireless work on Falsettos and Into the Woods.

If Scott is not sitting at a piano, you will more than likely find him peddling his road bike in a Whistler Gran Fondo or the like.
