Sea to Sky Gondola Announces Job Fair

The Sea to Sky Gondola Corporation is holding its first annual Job Fair at the Executive Inn in Squamish on April 4th and 5th, 2014.

The Sea to Sky Gondola corporation is looking for motivated professionals to join the team on the ground floor to build and operate this major new addition to the tourism infrastructure of the Sea to Sky corridor, according to information posted on their website.

They will be hiring for a variety of full time, part time and volunteer positions. Some of the positions we have available include:

F&B Front Line Employees
Baristas
Prep Cooks
Hot Line Cooks
Dishwashers
Banquet Wait Staff
Ticket Sales Agents
Retail Sales Agents
Guest Services Agents
Parking Attendants
Shuttle Bus Drivers (Class 4 Unrestricted Licence)
Photographers and Photo Sales Agents
Interpretive Guides
Volunteers and Hosts
Lift Operations

    I would have many trades that could be beneficial for this wonderful venture and all that in pristine mountain air, without any chemical plants spoiling the wonderful Howe Sound.
    I am however considering to take some instruction on Gas mask fitting and if that would be required once the LNG plant is in operation I might apply if still alive…..
