Environment Canada has issued a snowfall and wind warning for Howe Sound.
Snowfall with total amounts of about 20 cm is expected.
An approaching Pacific frontal system will spread snow over Howe Sound and the Sea to Sky Highway from Squamish to Whistler today.
Snow is expected to begin this afternoon and will intensify tonight.
Additionally, strong northeast outflow winds may reduce visibility in blowing snow. Snow will change to rain on Wednesday.
Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions.

Environment Canada has also issued a wind warning issued for Howe Sound. Strong winds that may cause damage are expected.
Strong winds will continue this morning over southern sections of Howe Sound. Winds will ease to northeast 50 km/h by this evening.
Damage to buildings, such as to roof shingles and windows, may occur. High winds may toss loose objects or cause tree branches to break.
