Police urge caution after string of thefts in Ravenswood

Squamish RCMP is asking residents of Ravenswood neighbourhood to be extra cautious after several reports of thefts.

Squamish RCMP have noticed a large increase in these type of offences in the Ravenswood area and are wanting to remind residents to lock their vehicles, keep their garage door openers with them, and not keep valuables in their vehicles.

On Monday, April 27, Squamish RCMP received several reports of theft from vehicles in the Ravenswood neighbourhood.

There was also a Break and Enter to a garage on Mockingbird Crescent.  The culprits fled away with several items were taken including a Black and Grey Gary Fischer Cake 2 bike.

Squamish RCMP have noticed a large increase in these type of offences in the Ravenswood area and are wanting to remind residents to lock their vehicles, keep their garage door openers with them, and not keep valuables in their vehicles.
