RCMP seek public help in finding missing Bowen Island woman

Bowen Island RCMP is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing young person.  Shilanne Rose Stedmances, 23, was last seen near the Eagle Cliff area on November 4 at 8 pm on Bowen Island.

Shilanne is a Caucasian woman, 5’02’’, and weighs 110 pounds.

Police described her as a “high risk person” who fled from family. Before leaving, she told her family that she loved them. She also left all her belongings behind including her cell phone, identification, wallet, handbag and bank card.

“If located, please assess mental health and confirm well-being and contact the Bowen Island RCMP,” police said.
