Wind warning issued for Howe Sound

Environment Canada has issued a wind warning for Howe Sound.

Strong winds that may cause damage can be expected.

Cold arctic air moving southwards across the BC Interior will push out through Howe Sound beginning later today and last through the weekend.

The strongest winds will be over the southern sections of Howe Sound with gusts reaching 90 km/h.
