Three Shoppers Drug Mart employees in Whistler test positive for COVID-19

UPDATE: Three staff members have tested positive for COVID-19 at the Shoppers Drug Mart in Whistler.

“The last day the team members worked were on October 28 and October 31,” Loblaw said in an update today.

Loblaws had issued its first notification about an employee testing positive few days ago. (See below)

Loblaws has issued a notification about an employee testing positive for COVID-19 at the Shoppers Drug Mart at 4295 Blackcomb Way in Whistler.

“Team member tested positive on a presumptive test for COVID-19. The last day the team member worked was on October 28,” the company said.

The notification was posted today.

“We are committed to being transparent with our colleagues and our customers, and have all of our cases listed on our corporate website,” the company said.

Loblaws today issued notifications for two more locations.

A staff member at the Real Canadian Superstore on Scott Road in Delta and a staff member at the Loblaws City Market on Lonsdale Avenue in North Vancouver have tested positive for COVID-19.
