COVID-19: Pemberton closes community centre for a week

In light of the recent increase of COVID-19 cases in the Sea to Sky Region, the Pemberton Community Centre will be closed for the week of February 1 to February 7.

This is a temporary closure is the right thing to do to help ensure the safety of the community, Village said.

Recreation staff will apply credits for suspended programs and pass extensions to memberships for the week of February 1st to February 7th.

At this time, the library will remain open.

“Thank you for your understanding. Stay safe, stay calm and be kind. If you have any questions, please contact pemrecinfo@pemberton.ca,” the village said.
