Pickup truck stolen from Government Road

Squamish RCMP are investigating after unknown people broke into cars, stole gas from those cars, damaged some containers, and then fled away with a pick-up truck.

Police say the suspects stole a 1994 Green F250 pick-up truck.

The incident happened on February 6,around 3 am, in the 39000 block of Government Road.

On February 8, police also received a complaint about theft of two BC license plates from a vehicle in the 1500 block of Judd Road in Brackendale.

This theft took place between February 5 and 6, from 4:30 pm to 8:15 a.m.

On February 8, Squamish RCMP also responded to a complaint of theft from a vehicle parked in the 1100 block of Wilson Crescent.

A man was rummaging through a resident’s vehicle, but then ran from the scene when confronted by the vehicle owner.
