The District of Squamish has launched a new bi-weekly video series “Coming Up…At Council.”
Hosted by a member of Council, this informative bi-weekly video will offer a look ahead at some key items coming up for discussion at the next Council meeting.
Residents are invited to tune in each episode to be informed of when important items are scheduled and to help improve connectivity and awareness of the decision-making process.
District said it aims to improve awareness around council’s decision-making process with the videos.
Every two weeks, a council member will highlight important agenda items.
“I know our agendas can be long, and we hope these videos will help you connect to our decision making on important community priorities,” said Mayor Karen Elliott.
