Alert: Expect ‘significant’ water flows in Seton River this Sunday

Staff report
April 16, 2021 2:21pm

BC Hydro has advised that there will be a significant increase in water flows on the Seton River this Sunday, April 18.

Members of the public are reminded to use extreme caution when active in and around the river as water levels may rise suddenly and without warning.

Residents and visitors are reminded to stay away from the edges of the river during this high flow period and continue to be mindful of water safety throughout the year.

For more information on reservoir operations, please go to bchydro.com/water.
