Sunshine Coast RCMP looking for missing Indigenous teen

Sunshine Coast RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing youth, Kadence Yelton.

Kadence is a 14 year old Indigenous female from Halfmoon Bay who was last seen in Roberts Creek at approximately 10:30 pm on Tuesday night.

She was last seen boarding a transit bus toward Sechelt.

Kadence is approximately 5’4″, slim build, long straight dark brown hair and brown eyes.

Kadence is believed to be wearing coral colored leggings, light blue hoodie, black zip up jacket, black Van shoes carrying a black Champion brand duffel bag.

Anyone with any information about Kadence Yelton’s whereabouts or who may have seen her last night is asked to please call the RCMP at 604-885-2266.
