Notice of low-level flying for Sea to Sky communities

The Squamish-Lillooet Regional District is notifying residents that Talon Helicopters will be performing low level flying in Squamish, Whistler, Pemberton and other areas of the SLRD.

Talon will be flying for LiDAR mapping with BC Hydro from June 7 to 30 during daylight hours.

A special authorization has been issued by Transport Canada.

There will be approximately four days of work with flights estimated to be approximately five hours per day.

There will be no activity on the ground related to this flight.
