Pemberton RCMP and the Lower Mainland Emergency Response Team have safely taken one man into custody.
The man was arrested following an incident on Highway 99.
Police will be on scene for the next while, says Pemberton RCMP.
Officers had earlier responded to an incident at Underhill Lane and Highway 99 in Pemberton, though police has yet to release details on the incident.
There is no risk to the public in this incident.
