Chamber announces finalists for Business Excellence Awards

The annual Squamish Chamber’s Business Excellence Awards presented by RE/MAX Sea to Sky, is back for another year to recognize and honour the best in business.

The Squamish Chamber of Commerce has announced the finalists for the 2021 Squamish Business Excellence Awards presented by RE/MAX Sea to Sky.

Over 100 nominations were received, reflecting a strong and prosperous business community, full of talent, creativity and innovation, said Louise Walker, the executive director of the Squamish Chamber of Commerce.

The finalists for Service Excellence award-Large Business are Domino’s Pizza Squamish, Ground Up Climbing Centre, and Pearl’s Value & Vintage.

The award is presented by Nesters Market Squamish.

The finalists for the Service Excellence-Small Business are Hilltop Mountain Bike, Sea To Sky Air, Sḵwálwen Botanicals Innovation & Resilience.

This award is presented by Blueshore Financial.

The finalists for the Innovation & Resilience award are 99 North Cannabis Store, JR Transport, and Skin Focus Regenerative Medicine

This award will be presented by Race and Company.

The finalists for the Green Business award are STARK Architecture, The Nook Refillery, and the Treeline Collective.

This award will be presented by Green For Life (GFL).

The finalist for the Young Entrepreneur award are Dan Libman, Dialed In Cycling, Gabriel Ritsema from Grounded Grocer, and  Mike Van Capelle from Blue Water Concepts.

The award will be presented by Woodfibre LNG.

Winners will be announced at the Awards Evening held on December 2, at the Squamish Valley Golf Club.
