Alert: Utility work on Sea to Sky Highway

Utility work could lead to potential traffic slow down on the Sea to Sky Highway.

Utility work is planned between Porteau Cove Rd and Sea View Drive for two kilometers, about nine km south of Squamish. The work is between Squamish and Lions Bay.

This work starts on Tuesday, January 18 at 9 am and continues until Jan 18 at 1 pm. Single lane alternating traffic will be in effect for this and drivers are asked to watch for traffic control personnel.

Roadside brushing is planned between Depot Road and Alice Lake Road. This work starts on Tuesday, January 18 and continues until Friday, January 21. This work takes place from 7 am to 6:30 pm on Friday. Watch for slow moving vehicles.
