A Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 10 at 6 pm, for a proposed development on Finch Drive.

The 8.5 hectare development is located on the east end of Finch and Raven Drive at 1050, 1056, 1057, 1060 & 1070 Finch Drive.

The proposed housing mix includes 20 duplex units, 18 townhouses and 194 apartment units between four apartment buildings. Two of the apartment buildings are proposed on the lower portion of the site (one building will contain affordable rental units), accessed from Finch and Raven Drives.

Two other apartment buildings, as well as the duplexes and townhomes, are proposed on the upper bench area of the site.

The copy of the proposed bylaw and the details of the application can be seen online and related information can also be inspected online or at Municipal Hall, 37955 Second Avenue, from April 29 to May 10. The planning department can be contacted on 604.815.5002 for any questions.

All submissions will form part of the public record, and council will not consider submissions received after the close of the Public Hearing. The proposal to council also includes a letter of support from the Sea to Sky Nordics.
