I frequent this park with my 2 dogs on leash. I constantly come across people with off leash dogs. The city needs to go up there and enforce the leash bylaws. In the video news the video recorded by thee victim of the assault, which is online, I can see a number of dogs without a leash. This park and it’s trails required all dogs to be leashed. It is clear the dog walker should be receiving multiple bylaw violation tickets. It takes two to tango. The guy should have kept his hands off her, but she also should have had her animals leashed. Does the dog walker even have a business license for this city or multi-city business license? Hello city of north can!!! Do your job!
