Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help to locate missing 35-year-old Elizabeth “Libby” Joe. Elizabeth was last seen leaving the Musqueam First Nation Band Office near Salish Drive and Musqueam Avenue on September 20.

Elizabeth will often wear baseball caps with a hoody over her head. Elizabeth is known to frequent Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. Her disappearance has her family concerned for her well-being.
