Whistler RCMP investigate after man found seriously injured on Valley Trail

Sea to Sky Whistler RCMP is investigating a case involving injuries sustained by a man near the Valley Trail. The man was found near the Valley Trail on Fitzsimmons Road and Nancy Green Drive.

The incident occurred on February 16, shortly after 4 pm. The man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. In a brief press release, Whistler RCMP said the incident appeared isolated, and police continue investigating it.

“At this time, the incident appears to be isolated. However, the investigation is ongoing,” said Katrina Boehmer, the Media Relations Officer for Sea to Sky RCMP. Police are urging anyone with information to contact the Sea to Sky Whistler RCMP at 604-932-3044.

Alternatively, people can provide tips anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS or via the website www.solvecrime.ca.
