Police incident closes Lions Gate Bridge; expect major delays

Drivers travelling on Highway 99 and Highway 1 should expect delays due to traffic incidents in Vancouver.  On Highway 99, the Lions Gate Bridge is closed due to a police incident, causing major congestion in both directions.

Meanwhile, on Highway 1, the left lane is blocked due to a vehicle incident between Exit 19 and Exit 21 in North Vancouver. For the Highway 99 incident, the next update is scheduled for 12:30 PM PDT, while for Highway 1, the next update is scheduled for 12 pm.

Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes or plan their travel accordingly.
