Avoid 41400 block of Tantalus Road: Squamish RCMP

UPDATE: Police have apprehended a woman with self-inflicted injuries in this police incident.

The Squamish RCMP are asking the public to avoid the area around the 41400 block of Tantalus Road as emergency crews are on scene dealing with an active and ongoing police incident.

There is no indication that there is any risk to the greater public, however police are asking for the space they need to resolve the situation safely.

      RCMP helicopter landed and dropped off some men on the Sea to Sky and Dowad Dr.
