June 21, 2025 10:02am

A portion of Whistler Mountain Bike Park has been closed due to cougar activity. In a brief statement, Whistler Blackcomb said it’s working with the Conservation Officer Service.

“Whistler Blackcomb is currently working with the Conservation Officer Service to address cougar activity in the Creekside and Garbanzo Zones of the Whistler Mountain Bike Park,” the statement said.

“As a precautionary measure to ensure public safety, both zones are closed today (June 21) until further notice.”
